I remember my mom making Pineapple Up-Side down Cake.I loved it!
I loved the super-sweet and moist topping with it's embedded fruit.
I loved the tender cake.
I loved everything about it!

I have tried many recipes for this classic cake.
None were as perfect as this one.
I kinda feel bad, because it's so easy and it starts with a boxed cake mix!
Try it!
I bet you'll agree, It's the Best I've ever had...
And by far, the easiest!

ReplyDeleteI have no doubt that this is scrumptious!
ReplyDeleteOkay, first of all I am drooling all over my computer. My mom made the most amazing pineapple upside down cake too! She did it the hard way, and used a cast-iron skillet!
ReplyDeleteI've only ever had this once, made by a co-worker at a summer job. I asked her for the recipe the second I took a bite, it was so good. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to make it myself yet... but your photos might make me change that soon! Her recipe also starts with a box ;) Plus 7-Up, I think!
ReplyDeleteLooks super yummy!Your pictures are mouthwatering!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I love pineapple upside down cake!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby loves pineapple upside down cake, but I have never been brave enough to make it! I will be trying your recipe this week!
ReplyDeleteit is a nice texture but the cake mix has a fake pineapple taste to it :/ i would do the cake batter from scratch if i were you. it is much more natural tasting
ReplyDeleteShe is just giving a simple recipe, not everyone wants to make it from scratch.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love pineapple upside down cake; haven't added the pudding mix though, but can imagine the added density and moisture. I add chopped macadamia nuts for the topping (or bottoming... :c)...). gives a little variety in texture and is scrumptious! This has got my mouth watering. I'll have to make it SOON!
ReplyDeleteBY FAR,,,LOOKS LIKE A WINNER TO ME
