It's ALIVE!!! whoo hoo! (Sourdough 101 lesson 2)

It's been 4 days since I started my Sourdough Starter. It has come to life!!! Look at the bubbles, and Oh Man I wish you could smell it! mmmmmm

I'm gonna feed it again today then stick it in the fridge for a nap.

On a spoon nice and moist sour-doughy goodness!

One more look at this thing of beauty.

After stirring it... the air bubbles gone and you end up with a nice smooth glossy battery starter. (Think thick pancake or muffin batter consistency)

After you drop the spoon while trying to take another picture.

It's sourdough porn, I can't stop looking!!!
