Yep..
I'm still cooking with my lean ground beef that the Lean Cut Personality Quiz matched me family up with.
I've had a blast looking through all the great cuts of lean beef on the "Beef It's Whats For Dinner website."
Today, I decided to try a new recipe from the site for one of my family's favorite dishes.
Good Ole Spaghetti and Meatballs!
I'm not none who usually embraces new recipes when I already have a tried and true one in my arsenal that I know my family loves.
But I'm sure glad I gave this one a shot!

And believe me when I tell ya... It tastes as good as it looks!
My boys gobbled it up so fast, that I was scared I wouldn't have any left to snap a picture of it!

Mmmmm, the 95% lean Ground beef. The stuffed peppers in the photo on the side clinched the deal. So pretty and delicious. Makes me hungry for them.

ReplyDeleteBottom round is my current favorite. Its thin enough to be used in sandwiches and its a good substitute for flank steak
